Honestly Telstra is the WORST internet provider in the nation, why any sane individual would want to willingly use a Telstra service is beyond me. I recently switched from Exetel (a Telstra reseller) with zero problems, to Telstra as I am sharing and they already had a BigPond service and of course nothing but problems.
